How do I place my order?
It's quite simple really!
Is the site secure?
Any personal information given to Young Lovers will be protected. Any
Personally Identifiable Information will not be disclosed to any third
parties. All credit card transaction are handled by Paypal on their
secure servers using the latest SSL encryption. Paypal are the world's #1
online payment provider.
How do I check my order status?
If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your
order, you can track your order status by logging in and accessing the
"Account" link from the site header. All orders placed under your
username will be visible under the "My Orders" tab.
The T-shirt that I want is out of stock. Will you be getting more?
Our tees are printed in limited quantity editions of 100. So they will sell out if you don't get in quick enough. Occasionally, not all of the 100 tees are released in one go, so we will release a few more later down the track. The best way to find out when new designs are released is to sign up to our newsletter. You can find the signup form at the bottom of this page.
How do I pay for my order?
We only accept Credit or Debit Cards for payment.Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Only Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) can be accepted. The charge on your statement will appear "YL TSHIRTS".
How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please send an email to our orders department with the email subject: "Order Change". Note that all such changes need to be made very soon after ordering,
since once your order has been packed and shipped, we will be unable to
change it.
How do I add items to my order?
We're unable to add to any order since we don't store credit card
information. You'll have to place a new order for any additional
items.
How do I become a stockist?
All stores carrying Young Lovers must first become an approved
stockist. To apply to become a stockist, please and let us know a little about your store.Once your stockist status is approved, you'll be able to order at the vendor price with a minimum order of 30 items.
Why has no one has responded to my emails?
During busy times, our customer service may be a bit backed up. If you sent an email and haven't heard back from us after 6 business days, feel free to send a follow up email. However, there's a good chance that we've received your email and have responded. Some email providers mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there.
Do you accept PayPal as a form of payment?
Yes! You can spend the money you have sitting in your PayPal
account to get some brand new tees.You can also pay with your credit card if you prefer.
What currency is used on the site?
We offer a number of currencies including US Dollar, Australian
Dollar, Canadian Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Chinese Yuan, Japanese
Yen, Mexican Peso, New Zealand Dollar, Swedish Krona, and Swiss Francs.

menu at the right side of the product pages.All base prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
Do you accept International orders?
Yes we do! We ship to satisfied customers almost everywhere in the
world.
Can you let me know of any new releases?
Sure, just sign up to our mailing list to be the first in the know
with first-look at new releases, exciting news, and exclusive offers. At
the very bottom of this page, there is a 'Newsletter Sign-Up' box. Simply
enter your email there to join.
Can I place a phone or mail order?
Sorry, orders can only be placed online. Rest assured, all payment
details are handled by PayPal's secure servers.
Do you need an account to place an order?
Nope, you can place an order without having an account. If you do sign up to have an account, it will be quicker to place future orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you received a shipping confirmation email, your order has
shipped from our warehouse. Check the estimated delivery times for your
shipping method:Domestic (US) Orders This shipping method typically takes 5-8 days to be delivered, but can take up to 20 days. Bad weather or local post office congestion can cause a delay. International Orders This shipping method can take up to 5 weeks to deliver a shipment.
Shipments can be delayed at country borders, customs, or other
destinations along the way.
What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Let's hope luck is on our side and as you're reading this, your order
is on it's way to your address. There is always the chance of unavoidable postal service delays, so if
your order has not arrived in the time frame, please allow a couple of
extra days just in case.
How much will shipping cost me?
Costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. To
determine the cost of shipping, simply add the items you wish to order to
your cart and use the Shipping Estimator tool on the Shipping Cart page.
In this step, you'll see how much it will cost you to ship with all
available shipping methods without having to place an order.
Can I track my shipment?
In order to provide you with the cost effective shipping methods, the shipping methods that we use do not offer order tracking. Rest assured that our shipping methods are very reliable and if you have placed an order it will be on it's way.
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 60 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 60 day period. Please check the size chart on the product page to ensure you're
ordering a size that will fit you perfectly.
Where can I print out the Return Form?
You can get a copy of the return form here: Return Form . Please include your order number, your email address, and the email address of whoever placed the order if they're different.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. Be
sure to also factor in the ship time for your return to be delivered to
us.
Tell me about your tees - printing, sizes, fabric ?
We've created our shirts to feel and fit just like your favorite
t-shirt - Lightweight and exceptionally soft. Just how you like it.
What are your washing instructions?
The instructions are as follows:Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. Tumble dry low. Do not iron print. The tees are 100% cotton tee shirts so expect a little shrinkage. To lessen this, try hang drying your tees.
What size should I order for the perfect fit?
Guys:Our T-shirts are a modern, slim fit.
Girls:Our tees are a unisex size and designed to be worn relaxed and loose. - If you want a more fitted look, you may wish to order smaller than
usual.
